Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing for Paid Services. We will provide reasonable notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

SkyLounge does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYLOUNGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
In no event shall SkyLounge's total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to SkyLounge in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Santiago, Chile.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SkyLounge regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The failure of SkyLounge to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. SkyLounge may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
